Positive: The location was great! You could see the intercoastal waterside from the deck and beach access was a very short walk!

Positive: This was such a beautiful apartment. Very nicely decorated and plenty of space for us. Negative: Finding the stairs to the apartment was a little confusing, especially in the dark.

Immaculate and comfortable! Positive: Love the facilities! It was spacious, the unit had everything we needed, the washer and dryer was a total bonus! Loved that the kitchen was fully equipped. I had no trouble cooking for my family. Matt was quick to respond to any of my concerns and questions. The spacious balcony was also a huge plus! The area was quiet, the property well maintained, although we didnt get a chance to enjoy the pool and the pier in the back, it was definitely nice to have. The beach was within walking distance. The unit was immaculate! I didnt find anything that was dirty or unkempt, which is rare. I'm recommending this property to friends and family, and we are already planning another trip back! Negative: The parking is a little tight.

Positive: Loved the location. Very close to the beach access. Homes had everything we needed. Love the covered balcony great place for your early cup of coffee. Would stay again Negative: The beds are uncomfortable. Ice maker didn’t work like I had hoped. Second bedroom needs a curtain over the blind. Parking deck is tight
