Positive: It certainly looks like this is the best place to stay in the area. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided. The furniture is new, as is the kitchen—fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal—just a three-minute walk to the open beach. I will definitely recommend this place to friends, and I hope to return again soon.

Lovely place, comfortable and convenient to the beach and walking distance to Caddy’s Restaurant where you can listen to Positive: Location is perfect directly across from the beach with a crosswalk really close. The place is very clean and remodeled due the last major hurricane that passed through a couple years ago. The linens and pillows were great. A large pullout for our daughters. They loved going to the beach without driving. The unit was well equipped with everything that we expected. Property manager is super nice. The building is a super short, walk to Caddy‘s restaurant which overlooks Madeira Beach where you can eat great fresh food, seafood, and more and watch an amazing sunset and listen to live music. Madeira Beach is beautiful! Negative: I liked everything and even knew that it is on a main/THE MAIN ROAD, if you’re sleeping in the front room, you definitely are the traffic at night and it’s a noisy area so if you’re sitting outside, it’s not like you’re sitting at the beach. You’re definitely sitting on a busy road, but there’s lots of accommodating spaces to sit out there that are really nice. Not really a complaint just an FYI if you’re looking for quiet that will be the case in the rare bedroom otherwise there are some traffic sounds.
