Indian Shores Stunner – 3BR/2BA with Gulf Views 🌅 Sandcastle I #304

The location is outstanding! Right on the beach. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub as well. Having Caddy's directly across the street was an added bonus.

Will stay here again if available. Positive: Entire apartment, grounds, and beach were great. Short walk to restaurants and shopping. Trolly stop nearby so it cut down on the driving too. Excellent clientele in the building and met a lot of families and younger empty nesters like us. There was some construction going on in the building, but that tells you the property overall is being maintained. Hosts were super responsive and even checked in with me via text. Negative: We drew the short straw and got the smallest bedroom - but that was no fault of the property. Perfect size room for a couple of kids, but was a bit tight for us.

Where to start? Check in was a breeze, communication was great, and the location was amazing. We had an amazing view of the gulf from our balcony and access to the beach was great. Idk if the kids liked the beach or the pool more. I was really sad when we had to check out and head home. Thank you for having us and providing us with a really nice condo.

Nice beachfront condo.

I have a couple issues. One is the 3rd bedroom has no closet no dresser and no tv. We had a 39 year old adult staying in this room living iut if a suitcase on the floor since nowhere else to put it. 2nd bedroom has a closet but no rod to hang anything. I forgot to report to host that washer emitted a sewer gas smell when ran. Probably an easy fix and had I reported I sure they would have responded quickly as they did with a couple of other minor issues.Overall unit very clean and stocked. Very comfortable beds . The issues with the third bedroom would probably keep me from renting again as it really does not meet the needs of our family. This unit is a good value for the money though. Host were very attentive when I contacted them and responded quickly each time.
