Elegant Beachfront Living: Pristine 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath End-Unit Retreat -Sunshine Condo #4A

Condo was very much ocean front, with a great view! I really did like that this condo was on the side a little instead of in the middle of the building, as this gave us the ability to see both the beach and the road on the back balcony. All the rooms, kitchen, living space, and bathrooms were in excellent condition and did not have any issues. The host was very friendly and swift to respond in any questions or concerns that we had. The host also supplied us with some extra supplies for washing the dishes and clothes with, which was very helpful. We did not have a car during our stay, but the building was easy for drivers to find and deliver both Walmart and DoorDash. We found it easy to walk to many other different locations and restaurants around our area, including Caddies, Smugglers Cove Putt Putt, and common stores with Indian shores merchandise. We definitely recommend this condo to anyone all the way from a newly married couple like ourselves, up to a family 6!

Great spot on beach between

I wish the sliding glass doors were clear, they were fogging and we couldn’t enjoy the view. The pool still needs updated with new chairs after the hurricane but I’m sure they are working on it. The decorations were great! Chairs and umbrella were great! Will rent again!

Love the condo. We had everything we needed regarding supplies, which was much appreciated. Beach beautiful and great food in walking distance.

We were impressed with the cleanliness, ease of accessibility, ocean access, condo amenities, and the entire stay. This condo is in a great location! The beach was not overcrowded with a very short walk. Property management was quick to reply when blinds wouldn’t open and elevator wasn’t working. I highly recommend this condo and the PM team.
