Luxurious Beachfront Condo with Stunning Gulf Views in Indian Shores 🌴🏖️SD308

Disappointed but still enjoyed our vacation. Positive: Wonderful location and view; unit was spacious enough for 6 adults; ample parking spots; kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils; nicely furnished; beach chairs and towels were provided. Negative: While we did enjoy our stay, we felt the general upkeep and maintenance of the condo was very poor. Paint was scuffed and peeling, door frames and floor board trim was in poor shape (scuffed, stained, chewed up looking). Mirror in bathroom was peeling. There were spots of mold on the shower ceiling and peeling paint around the light fixture. Water damage stain on entryway ceiling. The upholstery on the dining chairs was stained and filthy. I would upload pictures if possible. Overall, we did not feel the condition of the condo was worth the high cost and the VERY hefty $815 service fee.

Pool was great, location is excellent, host was very accommodating, kitchen was well equipped and the place was clean

Overall a good stay. The kitchen needs more silverware for a group of 8. Unfortunately we had no idea of the ongoing beach renourishment & the impact it would have and it forced us to leave a day early due to noise and access to the beach. Wish we had been informed about the possibility.
