Newly Remodeled 1st Floor Pool & Oceanview Condo – Steps to the Beach!

Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and felt it was well worth the cost. The unit was exceptionally clean and stocked with every amenity you could possibly need, which made our time there even more enjoyable.There are just a couple of areas where we saw room for improvement. First, the third bedroom was noticeably warm. With the AC required to stay at 72 degrees or higher, we weren’t able to cool that room down—even with the ceiling fan on and the door open.Secondly, we had an uncomfortable interaction with the property manager. Upon returning from the beach, we were approached with a violation notice for hanging towels over the back patio railing. While we understand the rules, the manner in which it was handled felt inappropriate. The property manager appeared to be waiting for us to return and came up behind me as I was entering the keypad code, which felt intrusive and unsettling. A simple note on the door would have sufficed and been much more respectful.

First time that our family vacationed on the Gulf Coast of Florida...and we loved it! The condo was beautiful and fit all our needs. We loved being on the first-floor condo...at pool level and so close to the beach. The owners were so personable and accessible. Can't wait to come back again.

The condo was in great condition. Everything was updated in this place which made everything look nice and relaxing. We have 3 small kids ages ranging 2-5. We picked up our groceries on the way to the condo from the airport. Daniel accommodated our early check in which was crucial. Daniel was excellent to work with and answered any questions promptly. The amount of beach stuff available was extra helpful in making our stay wonderful: wagon, chairs, sand toys, umbrella, cooler, and towels. We would stay here again if given the opportunity.

The property was well maintained, very comfortable. Easy access to pool and beach. Lots of places nearby to eat, shop Sightsee. Would definitely recommend this property

Excellent communication, superb cleanliness, great location. We had 4 adults and 4 children ages 15,11,8&4. All the kids were happy and enjoyed the beach, pool & condo!
