We all had a great time

This was our family spring vacation trip. We come to the gulf coast sometimes multiple times per year and we love it. We always rent a condo. We were really disappointed in this condo, especially at the price point it’s at. Upon arrival we discovered that unlike other condos, this one is wide open to the general public for both the pool/hot tub and also to both entrances to the condo. The parking garage is extremely difficult to park in if you have a large SUV, the condo itself had sand on the floor (beach condo..I get it), there was a mildew smell throughout the unit and black moldy spots on the ceiling of the main bedroom, there were many small details that should have been easily fixed had the unit been carefully maintained. The fridge was dirty, the windows were dirty, the sliding glass door does not open to the beachfront (it’s on the side), there was hair on the shower wall and in the sink, there was an exposed electrical outlet duck taped near the ceiling in the kitchen, there was bad paint touch up’s completed, the unit was not decorated in a Beach type theme, the furniture was worn down and gave an overall junky feel to the unit, the closet door in the main bathroom was broken, the toilet paper holder in the second bath was broken, the supplies that were provided were not enough (dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc.), and were dollar store brands, there were no trash bags, the vacuum cleaner was not working,etc. the owner was responsive but I would not stay here again

Very pleased with our stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Very clean, represented well in all the pictures.

6 ppl in our group. Space was perfect and exactly what was advertised. Host was super (pun intended). Other mentionables are the cleanliness, kitchen was very useable, and it's closest unit to beach and pool, literalstepsaway,

We loved the condo! It was a graduation trip for my son! We loved the location of the unit and the unit was very clean! Will definitely book again!!
